How can I connect my accounts?

You can connect your bank accounts to provide Vera with the latest information, so she can give you more personalized and accurate advice.

Vera uses Plaid, a secure and widely trusted service used by 12,000 financial institutions worldwide, to connect your accounts. Your information is safe, and you stay in full control at all times.

You can connect your accounts directly from the app by following these steps:

Tap the Menu icon (the top left corner of your screen).

From the menu, select Financial Info.

In the Financial Info menu, tap Connected accounts.

Here you can see any bank accounts or cards already connected, or add a new one.

To add a new connection tap Add +. You’ll be taken to Plaid, our secure partner, where you can follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Important to know

  • Vera uses this information to personalize and enrich your conversations.

  • Your private information will never be shared with third parties.

You can revoke access to any linked account at any time in the Connected Accounts section.
