You can manage your Income and Expenses from the Financial Info menu. Go to the menu in the top left corner of your screen 
then tap on Financial Info.
Once in the Financial Info section tap on Income and Expenses.
Here you will see any items already added. You can also add new ones tapping Add + and modify or delete the existing ones tapping Edit in the corresponding item.
You can change the description, category or adjust the value. You can also delete it completely.
